KeepFitVibe displays local exercise demonstrations while Codex, Claude Code, or OpenCode works. You choose whether to follow an exercise and remain responsible for deciding what is safe for you.
No professional advice
The app and website are not medical, rehabilitation, diagnostic, or professional fitness advice. Stop an exercise if it causes pain or discomfort.
