Privacy by default
KeepFitVibe is designed to keep a small footprint: the desktop guide works locally and the website contains no account flow.
Desktop data
The Windows app keeps settings, routines, window geometry, language, daily exercise and AI-work totals, and a day-by-day history on your PC. To know when to show a guide, it reads local activity signals from supported AI tools — Codex session files in your .codex folder plus local hooks for OpenCode and Claude Code. It does not use a camera, never uploads session content, prompts, source files, or history, and does not create training scores.
Website analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits and download clicks. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK are shown a consent choice before these optional tools load; elsewhere they may load by default. The site does not enable advertising features, sell data, or require an account. Cloudflare CDN delivery and security logs can still process requests, including IP-derived country information, when analytics is declined. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.
